Groups are not visible immediately after creation

I have created node groups in Solarwinds on basis of location. But I am unbale to see the groups in console immediately after creation.

We are facing this issue on additional web servers(AWS) IP and not from main poller IP URL .

Are all the servers on the same versions of Solarwinds modules?
