NCM Orolia - Spectracom Config Download

I'm having a bear of a time attempting to get SolarWinds NCM to download my Spectracom 9483 time clock configurations. working through "Device Templates Management" I am fine. I just can't get the command on "Download Config Command:" figured out. Are there any Spectracom users out there that have it figured out?

@mcalpinj2, I haven't personally done these types of devices. But I may be able to assist, what errors are you getting?
