Percent Utilization & In/Out chart colors reversed

I saw a similar issue raised several years ago. We're running 2020.2. Percent Utilization has Transmit as blue, Received traffic as pink, whereas In/Out bits per second has Receive as blue, and has Transmit as pink.

Is there a theme file we can edit for this?

Support have not been helpful thus far.
