These options are pulled from the device via SNMP. So you'll need to configure these settings on the device (if possilbe). Then solarwinds will grab that information. What sort of device is it? Yours is shown as unknown so maybe for this particular one, it's not possible to have the extra SNMP details.
Hi @nato what I would recommend you do is make a Custom Poller, I had to do this for a Cisco SG250 which was only showing Machine type as Cisco... This can be done under, Settings, Mangae Pollers. In here you select create a new poller to obtain the device inforamtion and within this area you can either put in the relevant OID or you can hardcode the information. Once this is done you can assign this poller by going to the device and select the poller within List Resources Node Details.
What I would recommend that you do is do an SNMPWalk on the device to find the OID for the relevant information that you want to present..
