We wanted to leverage the SolarWinds NCM Connector for Cisco Smart Advisor to pull device warranty/coverage/license information but the report won't connect to the server. We've tried both from a workstation connecting to our Orion/NCM Windows Server as well as from the Orion/NCM Windows Server and it won't connect. Support says this is a free product and won't provide any support for the connector and to ask around here.
Any ideas/experience with the same issue?
