Hi,
I am getting "There was an error processing the request" whenever I try to test out any monitors in SAM. No other information is given, but I have tried both Windows Event Monitors, Windows Service Monitors and a Linux script monitor that checks a service state.
I originally had issues with a new monitor I was creating, but I have since tested the three categories I mentioned with pre-existing, working monitors and I still get the same error when testing them out against nodes they're assigned and working against.
I have seen this article https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Error-there-was-an-error-processing-the-request-when-testing-component-monitors?language=en_US, however the log file mentioned (APM.BusinessLayer.log) does not exist in that folder. Only AppIdXX (where XX is a number) folder exist in there. They each contain log files themselves, but none are updated when I trigger a test.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
