I'm currently on 2020.2.4 and I'm doing the pre-stage installation. I'm getting a VMANWithVMwareEvents Hotfix 4.msp file is missing. Does anyone know where to find this file?

I could not find the files the installer was claiming were missing so I ended up doing an online install which went fine.

Based on just your screenshots alone it's hard to tell exactly at what step you are at.
Could you detail the steps you've taken so far and at what point this message pops up?
I do know that for offline installations you ALWAYS have to run the offline installer on the main poller even if you just want to pre-stage files.

I ran the offline install file which then allows me to click on prestage files. It then does a check before it will copy the file to server and pollers. It’s from the checks that brings up the error.
Thanks for the clarification, did you mount the .ISO and run it straight from the virtual mounted disk?
It might be that for some reason the files didn't copy over correctly. I would mount the disk, then copy all the files onto a fixed disk (C:) then run the installer again, see if that helps.
The files get copied from the SubInstallers folder on the .iso to c:\programdata\SolarWinds\Installers so if needs be you could absolutely manually copy them across to there, but you should let the installer do its job if possible.

When I double click on the offline file and then look through the files it contains, the file it says is missing is not there. So it’s not part of the offline file. So I was hoping to find a copy of the missing file so I could add it in.
