A goo point to start is

Orion Web Consoler > Setting > My Orion Deployment >

a) Under <Servers> sub-tab, all your Servers should be on Green to validate no issues on services

b) Under <Deployment Health> sub-tab, Select the Engine and Select all checks and Refresh Check. and validate no issues with:

- Services

- Database Issues

- Certificates
