Orion Maps network connection not clearing stats

I'm noticing connection links are still displaying error/discard statistics after removing the polling for interface errors/discards from list resources. I left behind the availability and bandwidth reports on these interfaces as well. My graphs and reports now display no errors as expected - but Orion Maps still lists discards as warning and critical. 

Interface discards and errors are still present after rediscovering and polling the interface and even removing and recreating the network link on the map. Since polling is disabled for errors on these interfaces I'm not sure where Orion populates the information from. Or perhaps the metrics are cached and need to be purged. I hoped that a database sync would reset the polling method but I'm still stuck with stale data. Curious if anyone else has run across similar in Orion Maps and how to repair.

FWIW  - The discards and errors columns in the [dbo].[Interfaces] table was holding stale data and populating this even though metrics were no longer being polled. To correct in the Orion database I ran an UPDATE query and changed the value in the error and discard columns to 0 (only for the impacted InterfaceIDs). After the next poll, the map cleared all the stale error statistics.
