High packet loss alerts won't go away after replacing a blade in a switch

I had to replace a blade in my core switch.  I expected to get a bunch of NPM alerts that would eventually go away but I have several High Packet Loss alerts that haven't reset.  Shouldn't they go away on their own?  Or do I have to acknowledge them to make the alerts go away?

When I ping the endpoints with the alerts, I get responses within 1-2 milliseconds.

@zibby go the All Active Alerts dashboard, and either acknowledge or clear the triggered instance of the alert and see if it reappears.
