I need help configuring an advanced alert for the following where the first two conditions are "or" statements and the last condition is a "and".

Order is wrong. Start with an (AND) and put an (OR) inside it.

All objects where:

All child conditions must be satisfied (AND)

Inetrface DCN_Page = Yes

[Group of (OR)]
Node Management_Group = Enterprise

Node Management_Group = Data Center
