Yes, this alert covers that in my environment. If you want to scope it down to machine types or discovery types, that would just require another condition.

We monitor via wmi so I was really looking for a way to setup an alert against all my machines to alert say if a machine reboots 4 times in an hour as an example and to alert us.
Agreed, my suggestion was going to be they would need a custom script that goes and counts the reboots from the events table in the database. That query does exactly that!
