SolarWinds Product Updates

Could anyone advise on the product update procedures and whether or not it would throw our current customization out?  Is it as easy as just hitting the "download selected" option and going from there, or would we need to reconfigure everything?

Thanks for the help.  I'm pretty new to Solarwinds and just found out we hadn't checked for updates since last year.  I ran the product updates, and the following were recommended:

NTA 3.11

NPM 10.5

UDT 3.0.1

NCM 7.2

SAM 5.5

The Download Now button will take you to the Customer Portal, at which point you would need to enter your SW ID and password.  Then, you should see what is available on your environment, given your current maintenance contract w/SolarWinds. 

Also, we have upgraded several of our SolarWinds tools throughout the years and we have not lost our customizations -- for the most part.  The only difference is if we had run some SQL scripts (recommended by SW tech support) for making changes to our database. If we run the Configuration Wizard after that, there is a risk that the changes made by the SQL script would be undone, so we'd need to re-run the same SQL script afterwards.  However, this is very rare, so I'd say that (for us) we have had a very good experience with our upgrades.   I hope this helps.
