Selection of device configs are unable to be backed up by APE

On a Regional site. I have 2 Solarwinds Polling Engines. An APE Polling engine (01) and a HA Polling Engine (02).

There are 85 Nodes pointing to the APE and 33 do not back up (53 devices back up). But all 85 devices back up to the HA server when active in the HA Pool.

The 33 devices will back up to any other PE in the platform. Firewall ports and Application ports match for both the Regional APE and HA servers (01 & 02)

APE server (01) is able to Poll the 33 devices (SNMPv3) and gather performance data.

Is there anything to check?

If te devices are network devices, I would first check if there is an ACL that restricts access to the device.
