IPSLA is in down state after threshold changed (but IPSLA availability is Up)

I have ICMP Path Jitter IPSLA:

I changed latency threshold from this:

To this:

After that IPSLA became down with no reason 

But data is still collecting - I see all graphs with actual data and see Perf.Analyzer graphs too.

Also Operation Availability graph is showing Up state:

What is it? 
Is my IPSLA Down or Up? And why top status had been changed to Down after changing a threshold?

I made one more test:

Just opened "Edit operation" window

And without any changings pressed "Save"

Operation became Down
