We recently ran into an issue where a user had been logging into the RDS environment for around 6 months with a temporary profile. The error must have come up and they always clicked through it. We identified their problem and they are working with their regular profile now.
When we figured this out we saw a ton of temp profiles in the C:\Users directory on the RDS. The profiles are all named TEMP.XXX.XXX has anyone setup a file or folder monitor to monitor for TEMP in the C:\Users directory? I am looking to set something up to monitor that folder and send out alerts if there are more than say maybe 10 or 20 TEMP folder in it. I was going to have a look and see if this could be done but wanted to ask THWACK to see if anyone else has set anything like this up.
