NPN Licences Issue and Error

Hi we have SLX licences for NPM, Netflow,SAM and 200 Node for NCM.

We have a single server setup, one polling engine which according to the reports its not overloaded .

I have just tried to add a new Cisco Switch and I get the message

Node Resources were updated Additional objects may not be managed due to licence limit: 6869 interfaces ??

Since we have SLX licences I don't understand.

any ideas

Hi,

As it is a switch I assume this has been added to NCM as well as NPM so it suggests your license count for NCM has been hit

When you edit the node or adding it there is a tick box for NCM near the bottom untick and add the device then go to NCM summary and confirm you are only monitoring devices in NCM 

Should only be devices like switches etc like on the Orion demo
