Orion map status is showing as Unknown

Hi Team,

I have created Orion maps in SolarWinds on basis of location. However, few of the maps status are showing as unknown even though the devices are Up.

I have also tried recreating the map with AD Windows account as well as Local admin account. But the status of the maps changes to unknown state in a while.

Can someone please let me know what could be the reason for this issue

Is this for overall Map or objects inside the map, can you share the screenshot?

I am observing this issue with overall map as well as objects inside the map and this is an intermittent issue.

Is there any permission that has to be granted or any settings needs to be enabled before creating the maps.

If user account does not have Node Management rights, the saved map does not have a status and does not appear in the list of entities.

Also, if objects are turned to unknown state with in the Orion map, over all map status will turn to Unknown based on testing on my lab env.
