NPM shows unreal warning in Sophos XG Firewall RAM usage and isn’t reliable.

Hi,

The Sophos XG firewall ram usage is shown high (96%) in NMP, but is shown low (31%) in own firewall.

                   

 

NPM shows unreal warning in Sophos XG Firewall RAM usage and isn’t reliable.

Is it related to wrong or old MIB? How can I import MIB to NMP? Or update MIB repository?

So there are options.

Alternatively, you will need to log a ticket with the SW support Send an SNMP walk. from your device and they can fix your issue which will then help  all NPM customers experiencing the similar issues
