MOS score of zero

Question

Hello,

Just wondering why I will randomly get a mos score of zero on some of my call paths, jitter, latency, and packet loss is all at zero, is like the call path was not created, but I don't get any errors or events in relation to that. Anyway I can confirm that is not been created or why is at zero?

Something in the chain from source to destination and back again is timing out. This can be due to the destination device flooding or being overloaded or any device between the source and destination having issues.

I know you can check the probe on the router itself and I have before, the MOS score just seems to be very incosistent, sometimes it returns zero  and then it comes back with a normal value, as it is right now.

I will check the log as suggested.
