I had this issue with one of my clients and the Expired Evaluation Products notification keeps showing up in the Web Console banner.
This was way back and the exact reason for this error was unknown at that time.

But sadly it did not help me to resolve my client's issue.
So, I was thinking about the whole concept of Orion and performed the below steps. ( In other words, I had a hunch. )
01.) To be on the safe side, I have backed up the SolarWinds Database first.
02.) Verified and removed Evaluation Modules from the Main Orion Server.
03.) Afterwards, I ran the Configuration Wizard.
Voila!
It worked!
Afterwards, I resolved the issue smoothly.
For someone at this point, this may seem like a simple troubleshooting process.
But there is something we could get from this.
I just thought of sharing this experience which might be helpful for the community.
