What's everyone's SEM support experience like over the last year? We've had tickets open since June. Keep hearing promises but no results. Our 3rd party vendor says we do not have a Solarwinds rep assigned to us. One of our tickets is a simple connector tool update due to a lot of unmatched data from firewalls. This is something that has only taken about a week in the past.
We renewed our support contract with Solarwinds around the same time as our tickets were opened in June. I don't feel we are getting our money's worth.
