How can I monitor if an interface is "Administratively down" rather then when it just "down"?

Hello Everyone,

Looking for a solution I could monitored an "administratively down" interface.

This interface status table below does not help, moreover, is there any description of these statuses to when they occur and vendor specific.

When you create the alert make sure to switch to I want to alert on Interface that option should be there.
