NPM Web console from client computer

I've completed installing the NPM 20.20.6 and the web console works on the server.

Now I type the URL on my client computer https:\\(server)\Orion\Login and I get an HTTP Error 404

I used the same URL on the server browser and it works fine..

Is there another configuration needed on the server to allow client computers (technicians) to be able to access the Web Console URL?

is there a DNS entry to resolve the server IP? or is there a FW blocking access to that server?

DNS has both forwarding and reverse lookup in it.

We moved from old server to new server - retaining the same IP address. Previously - no issue before move. Web Console - only accessible on the server and not on technician computer.

I got it working - changed http port on IIS and now I can access the console from another workstation. Using Solarwinds KB under "unable to open orion web console"
