Monitoring Aruba Instant APs

I can't find much on this subject in the past few years.  Sounds like it was supposed to be added a while back, but my Solarwinds NPM instance doesn't recognize my AP's as Access points.

We are looking to ditch Aruba Central (way too expensive) and I'm hoping to get some stats.  Any stats into Solarwinds.

I've added my AP's (Both Aruba IAP-305s) into Solarwinds with SNMP credentials.  They are running 6.5 and 8.6 code.  Solarwinds see's the basic SNMP stats (interfaces, etc) but doesn't recognize them as AP's.  I can't see SSID's or Clients.

Is there anything I'm missing?  Can Solarwinds effectively monitor Aruba IAP's?  I'm looking for basic wireless details, up/down alerts and maybe some graphs.

I'm running NPM 2020.2.6.

I've solved this issue.  The Aruba Instant Virtual Controller poller was disabled in my Solarwinds instance.  Once I enabled that, I could re-poll the AP's and they were discovered.

Although, the Wireless Heat Maps poller doesn't match for my Instant AP's. Not a lot of information in Solarwinds for Aruba APs.
