SW Orion, NCM role on Windows Admin groups

Hello,

We have a Solarwinds Solution : Orion Platform HF1, NCM, NPM HF1, SAM HF1, NTA HF1: 2020.2.6

I have 2 accounts, one locally with all admin rights, and a Windows one, dropped into an AD group called SW.Adminsall

The SW.Adminsall group has all admin rights as well, including NCM ones.

With my local account I can access NCM, but with my Windows account, I cannot, with this message :

Do you have any idea to solve this issue ?

Hello,

I believe that your account has not been given access to NCM since it says "(with NCM role None)

Please contact your administrator and get it changed with access,
