Report - VPN Remote access history Source IP issues

For the most part, the source IP location is showing up in my report however, Any client fields that use "AnyConnect Cisco Anyconnect VPN Agent for Windows 4.10.03104" will not show the source IP.  I was wondering what could be the issue as to why the Source IP is not identified.

I"m running NPM on latest  2020.2.6 HF1 on VM's running Windows 2019 standard server.

The VPN server is ASAv Adaptive Security Virtual Appliance ver 9.12

Once you've verified that the necessary services are running, try pinging the VPN server by IP address from the VPN client. You should ping by IP address initially so that you can verify that basic TCP/IP connectivity exists. If the mybkexperience ping is successful, then ping the server again, but this time ping by the server's fully qualified domain name (FQDN) rather than by its address. If this ping fails where the IP address ping succeeded, you have a DNS problem, because the client is unable to resolve the server's name to an IP address.
