Solarwinds Orion SNMP service

Hi all,

I have Solarwinds orion platform 2020.2.6 in my deployment and i am unable to start the  Solarwinds Syslog and Trap Service. Windows is showing following message:

 

I have also checked with netstat and there is no service listening on UDP 162. Does anyone knows why the service stops after being started?
