PerfStack no statistics on sub-interface

Hi,

in PerfStack (Orion 2020.2.6), if I use a metric of a logical sub-interface, the blu rocket icon blinking and I don't get statistical data.

The problem does not occur on the physical interfaces.

Am I doing something wrong? I have to open a support case?

It depends on your device and how it functions with logical interfaces. If you log into your device and look at the stats/counters on the logical interfac does it show anything? If not then Solarwinds is not going to be able to collect statistical data on that link

You are definitely right.

I hadn't thought of checking on Cisco routers if the traffic counters on the subinterfaces were showing anything.

That's just what happens.
