Report on endpoints with specific starting sequence MAC address and connected to AP or switch

Hello, I'm looking ways to get a report of connected endpoints starting with a specific MAC sequence.

UDT gives some basic function but I need e report of the endpoints and their addresses where I have 4 starting sequences of a MAC address

Reporting on 4 - 5 different MAC starting sequences

I need: MAC address and connected AP, WLC or Switch

Any suggestions?
