I need to develop a plan to assess the vulnerability and possible corruption of a SolarWinds Orion system that was taken offline shortly after the SolarWinds breach was announced at the end of 2020. In short, I need to 1) evaluate the application server and the database for possible corruption and also general system health issues, 2) assess any possible database corruptions, 3) upgrade the existing system to the latest version (unless a rebuild is determined to be the best course).
Has anyone developed a procedure along with references to conduct such an evaluation? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
