Account Limitation Issues

Question

I have a user that we have account limitation turned on so they can see just their state information. However on their map there are two hyperlinks going to a specific interface that is NOT in their state. When the user looks at that map the two hyperlinks show 'You are not permitted to view any information on this object'.

This is the configured limitation: Limit the Account based on the Custom Property 'State' in the 'NodesCustomProperties' table

How can I allow him access to click on these links to view those interfaces that are located in a different State?

It has to be something with the limitation because when I turn it off he can click on the links. Thanks for any help.

I resolved it on my own. I had to create a custom property for every node in the STATE and also for the nodes the hyperlinks went too then I create an account limitation for just that custom property.
