NetPath graph issue: External Nodes MISSING

Need help please on my issue. Seems like all the external nodes is missing post creating new Probe. Tried all the troubleshooting I can find on Solarwinds link in Google but to no avail. Any suggestion or help will be very appreciated.

Hi there,

This sounds very similar to that NetPath shows up when there is a proxy in the way, this issue and resolution is documented here: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Network-paths-in-NetPath-end-early?language=en_US
