Need a Summary Report from Orion Database

Hi All,

Please anyone let me know how can i get below type of summary reports on my Solarwinds Dashboard. I must believe this can be achieved by SQL query but what is the table name from where i can get the data etc..

Need a Summary report on Dashboard like below

                     Availability Range    Count of Nodes
Warehouse       99% - 100%                15
                        97% - 98.99%                2
                        95% - 96.9%                  1
                            < 95%                        4

                     Availability Range          Count
Dark Store       99% - 100%                 65
                      97% - 98.99%                 5
                          95% - 96.9                  2
                              < 95%                     0

                      Availability Range        Count
CPC                  99% - 100%                3
                         97% - 98.99%             1
                           95% - 96.9                1
                               < 95%                   0

Note: Count of Nodes on the base of Vendors and Location Type
