Directlink password change

Hi all,

I've got some NOC views configured using the Directlink user account.  Which we now have an issue with and would like adivice.

When you open one of the NOC view pages, you get prompted to change the password.  Saying password expires in x days.

However when I log into SW Orion as admin, and check the Directlink user account.  The password is set to never expire.

Any ideas how I can sort this?  We have these pages setup to stop complaining users complaining about non existent faults.  Now they complain about the password.

If you upgraded recently to 2020.2.6, all Orion Local Accounts were set to require a one time password expiration for security. If you change the password it will clear the one time expiration and obey your setting to never expire in the future.
