SolarWinds Query Language (SWQL) authentication

Question

Hi,

I am currently using python script (which calls the SWQL API) to extract information from Solarwinds.

I am using basic authentication.  My question is whether does SWQL support other type of authentication such as api key, token or certificate authentication?
