Upgraded to 2020.2.6 HF2 -- Poller issues

Hello,

Recently updated from 2020.2.6 HF1 to HF2.

Running the following:

Orion Platform: HF2, IPAM, SCM HF1, NPM HF2, PM HF1, VMAN HF2, SM HF2.

The additional poller is reporting nod not polled in last 5 minutes.

Everything appears to be running from the Polling Engines webpage.

Tried restarting services. Did not work.

Tried rebooting servers. Did not work.

There are probably logs somewhere that reveal the problem. Without knowing anything about your environment, the best and quickest advice I can share is:

Open a support case ASAP to reduce wait times later
Re-running the configuration wizard is quick, and often fixes random issues.
There is a Permissions Checker in the SolarWinds Orion program folder that has fixed issues for me at least 3 times.

Also check the ports it uses havent changed on the firewall incase a Windows upgrade has changed something
