unsuccessful attempt to login from 127.0.0.1

I get message from Audit Events: User made an unsuccessful attempt to login from 127.0.0.1. caused by solaragent every 1 minute from time I installed platform 2020.2.5.

I investigated what generates that message but didn't find any source yet. Well, I know that solaragent is internal Orion user and when SolarWinds Cortex Service got stopped then didn't get those messages but this is not a way to fix the issue.

I assigned the case to SolarWinds but have no cure yet. My platform is: Orion Platform HF2, SAM HF2, SCM HF1, NCM HF1, VMAN HF2, NPM HF2, WPM HF1.

Any idea what is a root cause and how to fix it?

Hi there,

I would likely do a full re-install of the Orion Agent, to see if that resolves the issue: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Uninstall-SolarWinds-agent-when-normal-procedure-fails?language=en_US

Thanks for suggestion but unfortunately that is not issue of SolarWind Agent. The SW Agent is not installed on Orion server but the problem occurs because of internal 'solaragent' used by Cortex service.
