Gray status icon in Config Manager

Looking for some input on why we're seeing a "gray" status icon for some devices when in the Configuration Management module. Backups are working, baseline is set and there are no config diffs when doing a config compare. I've deleted and re-added with no change in icon status.

Any ideas?

The status icon is taken from NPM. Maybe SNMP is no longer working on these devices.

We are also facing the same issue some of devices showing unknown state in NPM. we changed the polling engines for these devices issue has been fixed. might be those devices polling not completed. could you please check the what is the status of devices in NPM.

Nope, looks good in NPM, but not so good in Config Management

As per your screen shot, these devices status showing critical(Spn1c103r37-sv15-prd) in NPM. so here NCM configuration management showing unknown. that is the reason here showing unknown.

I verified the your screen shot devices. all are having with status. if status is normal in Configuration management also showing good
