Upgrade to 2020.2.6 HF2 failed with RabbitMQ on Primary server (port 5671) is not reachable.

The main poller worked and is running, but additional pollers are all failed. I reached out to Technical Support but so far I'm not getting very far.

This error is detailed here, no doubt Support have already sent it to you: support.solarwinds.com/.../APE-configuration-wizard-failed-with-error-RabbitMQ-on-Primary-server-port-5671-is-not-reachable

But have you tried the following steps to blow away RabbitMQ entirely? This is what usually helps me when it is malfunctioning: https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Rabbit-MQ?language=en_US (Step 8. "What if I need to totally blow RabbitMQ away?")
