How to create report for URL monitoring in Solarwinds

I would like to monitor the F5 and WLC url as an daily health check , How can I schedule a daily report for health status of URLS ?

Once you have defined what the report will contain, simply use the Report Scheduler to have it sent on whatever frequency you desire.
