looking to capture every connection on a link

Hi

I'm a newbie to SW and i'm looking for assistance on the following:

We have 2 DC and I'm looking to capture all the traffic that is flowing between the DC's on a single link.

I have tried to use the reports section of SW but with out success and I'm not even sure if that was the correct approach.

Is this possible and if so any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
