Windows Powershell Monitor: Application status critical, but node is green and has no alerts or warnings

Question

I made my first Application Monitor with a Windows Powershell Monitor. It works perfect and also reports back correctly a critical or warning state.

Just the node itself is green and there is no alert for this node.Why not?

It took about one hour, then suddenly the nodes also got red. So everything seems to be ok.
