How to create an alert for SQL failed jobs

1. Open the Orion Web Console.
2. Click Settings > Manage Alerts.
3. Click Add New Alert 
4. Go to the Trigger Actions page.
5. Add an Action, for example, "Send an Email/Page".
6. In the Subject/Message. the variable "${N=SwisEntity;M=SqlJobInfoAlert.Name}" will give the name of the job which triggered the Alert.
7. Save the configuration of the alert.

This is all good, but what conditions do you set?  

I currently have:  AppInsight for SQL: Job Info --> Job Status (SQL Job Info Alerting Properties), but I do not know what to set the constraint to ?  

Please help...
