Settings and text displayed mixed in English and German

I have to take over a Solarwinds Orion installation.

Sadly all text is mixed in English and German. How could this happen?

Is there any way to repair that (English only) without reinstalling? Is maybe the product itself in English and just some add ONs in German?

Not all Orion modules have been localized into different languages. That is why some of the text is in German, but other text appears in English.
