How do I disable HTTP Bindings component monitor for AppInsights for IIS?

Is there some way to turn off HTTP Binding component monitor for all of my systems using AppInsights for IIS? We do not use this and it is showing down for a bunch of my nodes.

@martian_monster, this can be done at either the Template or the individual application assignment, just edit the properties and disable that component
