NPM: Create a report

Adding predefined syslog objects:  NONE of these show any data at all, even though we have many hundreds of thousands of syslog lines from various devices in our database.

Could be those are referring to the old Syslog tables and not the new Log Manager ones, not sure. I usually don't use the out-of-the-box resources and instead create my own. Try adding a custom table and adding the information you are looking for in a report.
