In Loggly, is there a way to use the Windows File Monitoring and use a file name with a Wild card in it in the nxlog.conf file.

I am using NXLog to move the logs to my Loggly instance. I am trying to search a directory for any file that is in the format pc*.log. The file can change by date and time where the * is. Any ideas?

Hi there, this should be possible, if you look at nxlog support for wildcard includes. An example thread on this can be found in the NX log community forum: nxlog.co/.../config-include-wildcard-not-working-windows
