Track a User creation/deletion where, is it user creation/deletion on SolarWinds or is this requirement to track user creation and deletion on the end device that SolarWinds NCM is managing ?

Sorry not really sure about the ask - maybe you have to check if you can do this using NCM scripts.

Are you talking about new entries in the config file for username kmsigma secret 0 MyToughPassword priv 15 (I think that's how Cisco did it. or something like that? If it appears in a script file, then NCM can see it as something outside the scope for your policy checks and then you can use a policy report showing devices with these exceptions.
