Error while using "Send a POST request to web server" as alert action

Hi,

i am trying to send a POST request to a web server as alert action( in this case web server is Autotask)

but its throwing error on executing test alert " unable to execute"

Also in alerting error logs its showing following error

"SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Actions.Exceptions.ActionExecutionFailedException: Execute program failed with exit code 1
at SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Actions.Impl.ExecuteExternalProgram.ExecuteExternalProgramExecutor.ExecuteInternal()
at SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Actions.ActionExecutorBase.Execute(IServiceProvider serviceProvider, ActionDefinition definition, ActionContextBase context, CancellationToken cancellationToken)"

i have case open with solarwinds support but they are denying to support claiming its custom development.

anybody else have any idea or saw something similar?

I think CancellationToken can be a few things, but its normally just a timeout. I assume you can do a post with Postman or powershell or curl or something?
